NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Candace House is called for and will be held on the 17th day of September, at the hour of 6:00 PM at Candace House (Suite 1B – 183 Kennedy Street, Winnipeg, MB). A meal will be served, with the official meeting to commence subsequently.

 

The purposes of the meeting are as follows:  

 

1. To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of Candace House for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.

2. To appoint the Auditors of Candace House for the ensuing year.

3. To elect Directors of Candace House. 

4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

 

If you are attending, please RSVP by no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, September 13th by emailing info@candacehouse.ca.

 

If you a member of Candace House and are unable to attend the meeting, you may complete and return the Proxy appointing your representative to vote at the meeting on your behalf. If you would like to become a member of Candace House, find out more here.
