NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS
September 2, 2020
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Candace House is called for and will be held at 1B – 183 Kennedy Street on the 22nd day of September, at the hour of 6:00 PM. A meal will be served with the official meeting to commence subsequently. The option to participate via video conference is available and an email with a link to the Zoom event will be sent out closer to the date.
The purposes of the meeting are as follows:
To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of Candace House for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.
To appoint the Auditors of Candace House for the ensuing year.
To elect Directors of Candace House.
To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
If you intend to participate, please RSVP by no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, September 18th by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and letting us know whether you plan to attend in person or via video conference.
If you a member of Candace House and are unable to attend the meeting, you may complete and return the Proxy form below appointing your representative to vote at the meeting on your behalf.

Fees are currently set at $50 annually for both individual and group members (income adjustable), with tax receipts available for both the membership fee and any additional donations.
